Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using geeksgif.io, you agree to these Terms of Service, operated by LCFMODGEEKS (“we,” “us”).

Description of service

GeeksGIF converts text prompts, video clips, and photos into GIF and video animations, along with related editing and export tools.

Accounts

You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically on the billing cycle you select until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Account → Billing; access continues through the period already paid for.

Acceptable use

You may not use GeeksGIF to generate content that is illegal, that depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, that infringes someone else’s intellectual property, or that is intended to harass, defraud, or deceive.

Your content & license grant

You keep ownership of what you upload and what you render on a paid plan. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

Intellectual property

The GeeksGIF name, product, templates, and site design belong to LCFMODGEEKS. You may not copy or resell the underlying product.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including repeated acceptable-use violations.

Disclaimers

GeeksGIF is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LCFMODGEEKS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of GeeksGIF.

Changes to these terms

We’ll post updates here with a new effective date and notify account holders of material changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LCFMODGEEKS is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
